In a short period of time, the studio has established itself as one of the most compelling architectural practices in Gothenburg, with acclaimed projects such as Café Rödmönja in Brunnsparken, BRF Smedjan on Tredje Långgatan, and the Matteus Church in Majorna.
The founders, Aron and Benjamin, are strongly driven to develop and challenge local architectural traditions and contribute actively through lectures, exhibitions, and engagement within architectural education.
Their architectural approach rests on a phenomenological foundation that emphasizes the sensory qualities of architecture, combined with a client-oriented rationality and a deep understanding of each project’s physical and cultural context.
The studio consistently strives to demonstrate a high degree of care for the people who will inhabit and use the spaces they design, drawing on substantial knowledge of craftsmanship, materials, construction, and social considerations.
